I tested Yorph by uploading a 6-month sales pipeline CSV and asking it to identify segment-level conversion bottlenecks — exactly the kind of question that takes 30 minutes in SQL or 90 minutes in a spreadsheet. The agentic pipeline produced a valid answer in about 4 minutes and showed every step (filter, group, calculate conversion ratios, identify outliers) along the way. The transparency was the part I respected — when one of the intermediate steps used a slightly different segmentation than I would have, I could see it and override before the final result. The data-doesn't-go-to-LLM architecture is the right answer for any team that has compliance considerations. For business users who want analyst-level outputs without an analyst, Yorph is one of the better entries in the agentic-data category. For deep custom modeling, you'll still want a real BI tool plus an analyst.
