SEOGANT operates a product discovery directory, a marketplace for AI business opportunities, educational content, and founder tooling. By using the platform you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and avoid unlawful or misleading submissions.
Verification badges, Stripe-based revenue checks, screenshots, founder claims, and editorial reviews are intended to improve trust, not replace buyer or investor diligence. Users remain responsible for validating financials, legal structure, contracts, code ownership, and transaction terms before closing any acquisition, investment, or partnership.
Premium, Featured, Academy, and related paid services may be billed on a recurring or one-time basis through Stripe or other payment processors. Fees are generally non-refundable once the related listing, placement, or educational access has been delivered, unless required otherwise by law or an explicit written agreement.
Certain marketplace deals may proceed via escrow workflows and NDA-gated information sharing. Transaction terms are agreed between participants; SEOGANT provides workflow infrastructure but is not a direct party to each deal contract. Where a 30-day support or inspection policy is described in a listing, that policy is governed by the listing terms and applicable law.
Founders, buyers, and investors must use the marketplace in good faith. Harassment, scraping protected data rooms, NDA breaches, false bids, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate verification or review systems may result in moderation, removal, or account termination.
